Dough

  • 5.6 oz butter
  • 7.0 oz sugar
  • 7.0 oz flour
  • 10.5 oz bitter chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vanilla

Directions :

  • Melt the butter with the chocolate in bain marie
  • beat together the eggs with the sugar
  • add the chocolate mix in the beaten eggs
  • add the flour and the vanilla end stir lightly
  • pour the mixture in a medium pan covered with baking paper
  • bake it for 20 min 350 degrees
