  • 500 gr. chickpeas
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic mashed
  • 200 ml. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of  extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 chili pepper
  • Salt,pepper

Directions :

Preparation
  1. soak the chickpeas overnight then cover with water and boil them until they get tender
  2. drain the chickpeas and keep the stock
  3. in roaster or in a large casserole pour the chickpea and all the other ingredients
  4. stir gently to mix the flavors together
  5. we bake it for 40 min. 392 degrees
