Directions :

  • In a small pot melt the butter and withdraw it before it gets brown
  • Pour in the butter the icing sugar,the choco praline and the cogniac
  • Add the smached cookies and stir them together to cover all cookies with the chocolate
  • Pour the mixture on a parchment paper and roll it to shape a log
  • Put it in the fridge for 4 hours and 1 hour in the freezer
