Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fettuccine
  • 3.5 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmezan
  • 4 tablespoons Votka
  • 2 tablespoons Dill
  • Salt,Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Capers

Directions :

  • Boil the Fettuccini in salted water
  • saute the chopped onion with butter in medium heat for 3-4 minutes
  • Pour the heavy cream,smoked salmon in pieces,parmezan,votka and dill
  • Let them cook in medium heat for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve with the fettuccini and add fresh ground pepper and Capers
