Total Time: 20 - 25 minutes approximately
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 - 20 minutes
- 1 tomato
- 2 eggs
- 200gr. (7 oz) feta cheese (you can also add Gouda or any kind of cheese you like)
- Cut the tomato in small slices, like you do for a salad, and fry over low heat.
- Leave it for 5 minutes and then add the feta cheese or any kind of cheese you like.
- Last step: Add the eggs, salt, pepper and cover it for about 3 – 5 minutes.
Note: You can add tomato sauce if you like, like I did ;)
