Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • 200gr. (7 oz) feta cheese (you can also add Gouda or any kind of cheese you like)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Directions :

  1. Cut the tomato in small slices, like you do for a salad, and fry over low heat.
  2. Leave it for 5 minutes and then add the feta cheese or any kind of cheese you like.
  3. Last step: Add the eggs, salt, pepper and cover it for about 3 – 5 minutes.

Note: You can add tomato sauce if you like, like I did ;)
