Tuna Salad

  • Lettuce,Iceberg,Rocket
  • Karthago Tuna in sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tomato,1 cucumber
  • 1 can of sweetcorn
  • Capers Krinos
  • Feta Cheese
  • Ariston kalamata Olives


  • EVOO Mentis 3 tablespoons
  • Ariston Wildflower Honey 1 teaspoon
  • 1 lemon Juice and zest
  • Mentis Fleur De sel
  • Pepper
  • Greek Oregano

Directions :

Wash thoroughly the lettuce,the iceberg and the rocket. Drain the tuna from the oil. Slice the tomatoes,cucumber and feta cheese. Add a teaspoon of capers,some olives and a can od sweetcorn. Pour the vinaigrette over the top and spinkle with a bit of oregano. For Extra flavor you can add some croutons. Bon Appetite!
